New Year, New FunnySexy Look

Hello, internet! Welcome to the brand-new Funny is the New Sexy blog! OMG is my layout kyot or what!!! Before I even lose my thoughts rambling about this long-overdued blog make-over, let me first thank the person who made this possible – RANDOLPH NOVINO, who volunteered to help me out with this. But no, he didn’t just help me. He muddaeffin’ did everything! And that guy crazily works fast! We’re going out for dinner this week, dude! I owe you big! *hugs*

So anyway, I’m super duper excited and happy, I just wanna throw a party, with beerbong contests and a lot of boobs and give everyone free spa treatment or something… but I have no money.

Finally, blog make-over after two years and it’s got a lot of shiny things!

Other than the fact that my photos are changing every 3 seconds on the header (time for new photoshoots stfu you’re narcissistic too), it’s three columns now, which makes it more… balanced, I guess. And it just over-all looks more… organized. Plus it finally has social network widgets, which will make it easier for me to be stalked, I mean, followed. >_<;;; (Who do you think you are, Kring? Alodia Gosiengfiao?)

Oh! And I got a contact me form, too for inquiries and such. You see, I have finally decided to open this blog to ad placements, advertorials and sponsorships. Kinda relevant to the recent issue shocking the blogosphere, eh? Well, I’m no purist or anything. I did not NOT have ads since 2007 (other than my fail Google ones) because I just never had the chance to have any. I was quite surprised to learn that people get paid as much as Php25,000 per post. WTF is that?! Why didn’t you guys tell me about it?! I want some of that shizzz!!! Lolz.

The theme is still bright and pinkish and has the girl power vibes because I love the Spice Girls like that. I can also now write in Hangul asdhhakfslkhril!!!  자기야 돈주세요 I basically just asked my boyfriend for a lot of money. And check it out! I finally have an official logo, which pwns your face ‘coz has three stars, yo! Not one but three. Like the Philippine flag. Whoohoo!

And I think, since this post is all about the new and the pretty, might as well write here my goals for 2011 and fervently wish that I’d be able to accomplish everything by the end of the year.

On Career:
- To have a manager who will push me to get big projects and the breaks that I need in showbiz.
- To be part of a regular TV show in one of the major networks *coughPBBcough*.
- To be cast in a movie, indie or otherwise. AND TVC!
- To be featured on a magazine, preferably on the cover.
- To have more hosting gigs for live events and TV.
- To be such a household name that I won’t be able to ride the MRT anymore because you know, superstardom. LOLZ.

On Travel:
- To go back to Korea, this time with the namja chingu and hang out with his homies and family and kill them with my adorability (<- word does not exist for a reason).
- To visit Vietnam and Cambodia – because we’re Southeast Asian like that.
- To get visas for the States or Japan and though it’s super hard… I believe in God.
- To make the Kpop Cons in Cebu and Davao hardcorely successful.
- To conquer Batanes.

On material things:
- To have a car. An automatic.
- To own an LV Speedy 35
- To have a sponsor for my clothes and hair because it’s really expensive to be on cam all the time. You can’t wear clothes twice and you can’t have a bad hair day!
- To own a set of professional make-up brushes. And more make-up.

On Life:
- To help Gawad Kalinga more in spreading the good news of patriotism and nation-building.
- To stay positive and be an inspiration. Instead of just making it big, I have to make a difference.
- To work hard but party harder (I haven’t gone out in a while, invite me please! Hahaha!).
- To get ads and sponsors for this blog. And reach more readers.
- To be able to understand and speak conversational Korean.
- To always live by my motto: Happiness, Beauty and Love!
- To love Jimmy Kim more!!!

It’s quite apparent that my focus for 2011 is my entertainment career and I will do everything that it takes to make sure I hit my targets (except you know, show my boobs and vagina to the public). And though a lot of the successes in life can be attributed to luck, 50% is still hard work and a good head on your shoulders and I’ll be keeping that in mind, for sure!
